I'm here to tell you that it is very very possible to shop sustainably on a budget. Despite what you may think, you don't have to compromise your values to maintain your wallet or vice versa. With a bit more intentionality in shopping, especially in shopping for food, you can easily stretch your dollar to reach its most sustainable capacity.

Woolman Semester students investigate California's overwhelmed prison system, the nation's most expensive at $9 billion per year, and the highest per-capita with 1 of every 31 Californians in the prison system.
