Woolman staff, students and community residents share a single broadband connection at the Woolman Semester. Wireless internet is available. While we have unlimited bandwidth, high-bandwidth use, such as video streaming (e.g. YouTube and Skype) is strongly discouraged during peak times. We specifically ask that students avoid any material that advocates or glorifies harm to others, unless the material is solely for research relevant to a specific school project.

Cell phone reception on campus is sparse and limited. Verizon Wireless service provides the best coverage in our area. Students with other service providers can usually find spots where reception is available. There is a phone outside the office specifically for student use at any time, and students are welcome to use the office phones after business hours. Students are welcome to make local and long distance calls on these phones without charge, but must use a calling card for international calls.
